Ski Resort Program
Work a season in one of Japan’s top snow regions. Whether you’re helping guests on the slopes or serving up ramen in a ski lodge, our Ski Programs are the ultimate way to experience Japan’s powder, mountain life & Japanese culture.
Okinawa Program
Swap the snow for sun with a job in Okinawa—Japan’s tropical island paradise. Spend your days working at oceanfront resorts and your downtime exploring beaches, coral reefs, and the unique Okinawan culture.
Study Program
Starting in April 2026 our Study Program will set you up with city accommodation and formal Japanese classes, allowing you to take your language ability to the next level, while exploring the best of uban Japanese culture.
